Ordering Information
Make sure you give me accurate
information. Your name, email address, etc. Take a minute to look over
you info, before you send it. If you make an error, just send me another
one. Please make sure to include you name, if you have to resend you
information. Use the large box to include any
other information
you wish to include. For any item that will be mailed to you. Make sure
you give me the address, where you wish it to be sent. And the name of
the person it is for, this is REALLY important. I personalize some
products, so it is a waste to have the wrong name on them.
